The Children’s Health Foundation Childhood and Adolescent Immunization Rate Improvement Initiatives are leading the way in collecting meaningful and actionable data surrounding the area of under and un-immunized children and adolescents.

Since 2008, the overall average CHF rate has increased over 5% with an overall rate of 86.78% at the end of 2011, compared to the Oregon state average of 69%. More than 1,200 patients have been brought up to date as a direct result of the Childhood Immunization initiative.
